Certus Recruitment is partnering with a growing commercial property advisory business to appoint a Head of New Business to lead and develop its established outbound business development function.
With a proven operation generating approximately £800,000 in annual revenue and ambitions to exceed £1 million, the business is looking for an experienced leader to improve performance, develop talent and drive further growth.
The Role

• Lead, coach and develop an established Research and BDR team.
• Drive team performance, productivity and revenue growth.
• Improve prospect targeting, conversion rates and pipeline management.
• Establish clear KPIs, reporting and performance management processes.
• Develop the team's prospecting, qualification and commercial engagement skills.
• Generate new business personally while maximising the performance of the wider team.
• Work directly with the founders to shape the future of the operation.

About You

• Proven experience leading an outbound B2B business development, SDR or lead generation team.
• A track record of improving performance and delivering commercial results.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics and pipeline performance.
• Commercially astute, analytical and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
• A hands-on, energetic leader who combines high standards with a supportive management style.

Commercial property experience is not essential. Backgrounds in technology, SaaS, financial services, professional services or similar B2B environments are all relevant.
The Opportunity

• £80,000 basic salary.
• £135,000–£145,000 OTE, with additional commission upside.
