What will you do?

Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA personal injury claims
Manage your caseload from start to finish
Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
Instruct and brief counsel
Assist supervising solicitor with post-litigated cases

What will you need?

3+ years experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters
(Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential)
Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR
Pre-Litigation experience
Post litigation experience is beneficial, but not essential
