About Your New Job As the Senior Sales Executive, you will: Take ownership of and drive sales of cylinder gas products Manage and develop existing customer relationships to ensure high retention and excellence in service. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in dealer and commercial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with Trading Managers and Business Development Managers Work collaboratively with marketing to execute dealer development initiatives and drive sales growth. Monitor competitor activity and produce regular reports for management, contributing market intelligence and feedback. Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach in achieving sales targets and identifying new areas for business growth. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system, contributing to effective reporting and planning. What Skills You Need Minimum 5 years sales experience Strong account management and customer relationship building abilities. Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. A full, clean driving licence is required.
