Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne Salary: £17.50-£19.50 per hour + shift allowance Earnings: £47,000-£52,200+ Days | £58,200-£64,900+ Nights Shifts: Permanent Days or Permanent Nights - NO rotation Bennett & Game Recruitment are currently working with an established engineering business seeking 2 experienced CNC Vertical Borer Setter / Operator / Programmers. CNC Vertical Borer Job Overview Set, operate and program CNC Vertical Boring / Lathe machines Program using Fanuc controls and Cimco CAD/CAM Work from engineering drawings and customer specifications Machine medium to heavy workpieces Self-inspect completed components Work with materials including aluminium, stainless steel and super-duplex Maintain quality and safety standards Work overtime when required CNC Vertical Borer Requirements Proven CNC Vertical Borer / Vertical Lathe experience Strong setting, operating and programming experience Fanuc control experience Experience with Cimco or similar CAD/CAM software Ability to read engineering drawings Experience with medium/heavy engineering components Strong quality and self-inspection skills Experience working with a range of materials CNC Vertical Borer Benefits £17.50-£19.50 per hour + shift allowance Strong overtime earning potential 8% total pension contribution (5% employee / 3% employer) £250 Health & Safety bonus every 6 months for qualifying employees Permanent choice of days or nights Long-term opportunity with an established engineering businessBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
