Key Responsibilities Carry out general repairs and maintenance across residential properties

Complete works in bathrooms and kitchens, including minor installations and repairs

Repair and replace doors, locks, and associated fixtures

Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate remedial work

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Communicate effectively with tenants and the management team

Requirements Proven experience as a handyman or multi-trader

Experience working in occupied properties (social housing experience preferred)

Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role setup) xwzovoh

Working Hours Working hours may vary depending on workload and job requirements

Pay & Benefits Pay rate: £18.00 £20.00 per hour (initially, with potential for review)
