The Opportunity Were looking for an inspiring Associate Lecturer in ESOL to join our talent pool and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching. This role involves supporting a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of lectures, workshops, and practical sessions. This is a zero-hours contract with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview. This is a temporary post until the 31st December 2026. What Youll Be Doing Delivering scheduled teaching and learning sessions Preparing high-quality learning materials Designing and marking assessments, alongside moderation duties Contributing to curriculum design and continuous quality improvement Providing student support and supervising independent study Attending programme and team meetings Participating in CPD activities to enhance your practice Supporting student monitoring, reporting, course review and evaluation Taking part in quality assurance processes As the college evolves, responsibilities may develop in line with our strategic goals. What We Offer Hourly rate: £13.45 - £20.52 per hour, depending on duties peformed.
