DEPARTMENT MANAGER - FASHION BRAND

With a long-established heritage, the company is renowned for its timeless design, craftsmanship, and international presence across multiple product categories, including fashion, accessories, lifestyle, and hospitality.
The position is full-time, working on-site within the retail store environment.

Oversee the daily operations and performance of a specific department within the store.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints (pre-sale, in-sale, after-sale), building long-term client relationships.
Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior management.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work culture, resolving team concerns constructively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety, HR, loss prevention, and cash management.
Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Department Manager or similar role within fashion or luxury retail.
Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, commercial decisions.
