This role is ideal for someone with strong admin or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing diaries, and speaking with customers.
What youll be doing Booking appointments for field-based sales surveyors from inbound enquiries
Managing and coordinating multiple diaries to maximise efficiency
Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
Working closely with internal teams to ensure appointments run smoothly
What were looking for Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Confident on the phone with a clear, professional manner
Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
