Site Administrator

Site Administrator (Construction) - Full time We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor for an experienced Site Administrator to join their project team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who has previous experience working within the construction industry and enjoys supporting busy site teams. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the construction site. Key responsibilities will include: * Managing site documentation and filing systems. * Maintaining accurate records, including inductions, attendance, and training logs. * Uploading and managing documents via client portals and document control systems. * Processing delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices. * Coordinating site meetings and taking minutes where required. * Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. * Assisting with health & safety administration and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date. * Supporting the site management team with general administrative duties. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has: * Previous experience as a Site Administrator within the construction industry. * Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience using document management systems (desirable). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
