Overview

Our client is dedicated to investing in the latest technology to be a leading print provider, offering services from graphic design to digital and litho printing. They are looking for a strategic leader to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets agreed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce and lead the new business strategy and associated tools.
  • Acquire industry intelligence to identify target opportunities.
  • Support and, when required, lead client presentations to ensure professionalism.
  • Maintain a record of all new business activity.
  • Design and implement marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing department.
  • Build relationships across internal divisions to support sales activities and execute collaborative approaches.
  • Evaluate competitor activity, market information, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Evidence of success in developing and implementing large‑scale sales/business development strategies within the print industry.
  • Experience building and maintaining broad stakeholder relationships that drive commercial opportunity.
  • Target‑driven with advanced communication and influencing skills.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a directors’ team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple large‑scale responsibilities.
  • Career‑driven, with potential for promotion to Managing Director.
