The Technology Department is seeking a Digital Workplace Architect to design and deliver intelligent, automated, and user-centric digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational effectiveness across the force.

You'll drive the architectural design of workplace services leveraging AI, automation, and modern digital platforms to make tools smarter, faster, and easier to use.

Your work will directly support frontline policing and public safety.

What you'll be doing Lead the design and optimisation of digital workplace services Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation into workplace services Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies that improve digital employee experience Ensure solutions meet accessibility, security, and compliance standards within a policing environment What you'll bring Proven experience in digital workplace architecture and solution design TOGAF certified or equivalent demonstrable experience Experience designing or implementing AI/automation solutions (e.g.
