What you'll be doing: Planning & Scheduling Budget & Cost Control Managing Contractors & Trades Quality Control Health & Safety Client Communication Design & Documentation Materials & Procurement Problem Solving Handover & Completion What you'll need: Previous experience as a Project manager on new build sites CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid A proactive, reliable attitude and good eye for detail. Good communication.
