This is an excellent opportunity for experienced care professionals seeking flexibility, consistent shifts, and the chance to make a genuine impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals. In this role, you will: * Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support * Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing * Support individuals with daily living activities * Offer emotional and behavioural support where required * Collaborate effectively as part of a professional care team Every shift presents an opportunity to positively influence and support someone’s life. Shift Patterns Available: * Day shifts * Night shifts * 12-hour long day shifts * Sleep-in shifts * Weekday and weekend availability Key Responsibilities: * Support service users with personal care and daily routines including administering medication * Encourage independence * Provide emotional reassurance and support * Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment * Follow care plans and organisational policies * Accurately record and report information as required Requirements: Essential: * Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach * Current DBS registered on the update service * Completed mandatory training including a Care Certificate * Ability to work flexible shifts * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Right to work in the UK Desirable: * Previous experience in care or support work * Experience within residential or supported living settings * Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role Join Our Team: Join a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and offers the flexibility you need while making a real difference in people’s lives.
