Painter & Decorator

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Painter & Decorator to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Painter & Decorator who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Painter & Decorator, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Painter & Decorator, will be responsible for: * Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard * Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works * Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken * Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery To be successful for this Painter & Decorator role you must have: * Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments * Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade * Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Painter & Decorator role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
