About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in East Finchley. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils academic and personal development. You will work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to ensure all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering creative lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment. The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to creating an inspiring learning experience for every child.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings.
Support pupils academic, social, and emotional development.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
Is committed to high expectations, pupil progress, and teamwork.
