The organisation offers exposure to complex international operations, large-scale investments and a highly collaborative environment, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking broad business exposure and strong long-term career development within the private markets sector.Your new roleThis role is responsible for leading and delivering risk-based audit and advisory engagements across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up activities. The position requires a commercial, risk-focused approach, producing high-quality audit deliverables, assessing key risks and regulatory developments, and communicating findings to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives. The successful candidate will also support audit oversight across portfolio companies, contribute to annual audit planning, maintain audit quality in line with IIA Standards, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams on strategic audit initiatives and projects.What you'll need to succeed3–5+ years’ experience within Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or a related assurance function.Degree educated in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, IT, or a similar discipline.Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA is mandatory. Fluent English communication skills; additional language capabilities (particularly Spanish or French) would be advantageous.Flexibility to undertake occasional travel (approximately 10%) as required.Real asset experience: Industry experience across either Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy or related sectors is a must.
