Sales Coordinator

Job role /duties Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities for the Sales team Follow up and contact potential opportunities through cold calls, emails or LinkedIn Utilise CRM software tools to manage leads, track sales activities and generate reports for analysis and decision-making. Coordinate project activity and trade events to promote the business and create marketing initiatives in line with these Co-ordinate and arrange meetings, including accommodation. Train employees on the use of CRM / SAP as well as providing ongoing support with system changes / new procedures. Add as the link between other departments and Sales team Update accreditations, the training matrix and Health & Safety policies. Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and supplier forms Ensure the database is maintained with accurate sales information To be considered for this role you MUST Have proven experience in this area of work Be able to multi task Have hands on experience of sales activity Be used to managing CRM data Have excellent working knowledge of SAP Be skilled with MS Excel Understand sales performance metrics Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills This role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity  Our process is barrier free and we will ensure you are carefully considered for the role you have applied for.
