We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Team Leader to join Impax and play a major part in our next stage of growth.

You’ll start by leading a team of 4 recruiters, with the opportunity to grow and manage a team of up to 10 as you develop the desk.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We want someone who can lead from the front, develop recruiters, drive performance and still be commercially involved themselves.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing, coaching and developing your team

• Setting targets and driving performance

• Helping consultants fill roles with most desks having 10+ roles live

• Building a high-performance culture

• Leading from the front and billing alongside your team

You’ll have access to the resources, technology, training and support needed to build a genuinely high-performing recruitment team.

We operate across some of the fastest-growing markets globally, including AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Software Engineering, Quant/HFT and Crypto.

We’re looking for someone with recruitment experience who is hungry to move into leadership, or an existing Team Leader who wants more autonomy, more resources and a much bigger opportunity to grow. xwzovoh
