Workshop Supervisor (HGV) Widnes, United Kingdom · VMU · Full-time Workshop Supervisor (Day Shift)(Commercial Vehicle Worksop) We currently have a vacancy for a Workshop Supervisor to join our busy Widnes Depot. Shift Patten - Monday to Thursday 06:00am to 16:30pm Basic Salary = £46,000 to £48,838 + Bonus & Overtime (Opportunity to earn well into the 50's) Workshop Supervisor Role People Management ·Supervising technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff. ·Allocating work based on skill level and priorities. ·Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, and performance. ·Conducting toolbox talks and one-to-one meetings. ·Supporting training and development. Workshop Operations ·Planning daily workflow and scheduling repairs. ·Ensuring work is completed on time and to manufacturer or company standards. ·Managing workshop capacity and resource allocation. ·Liaising with service advisors, parts departments, and fleet customers. ·Monitoring work-in-progress and removing bottlenecks.   Requirements The core skills and qualifications required for a the Workshop Supervisor are: ·Appropriate technical qualifications. ·Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs ·MOT preparation experience ·Supervisory Experience in a Commercial Vehicle Worksop   Apply directly online or send an up to date CV to (url removed) or for further information call (phone number removed) and quote ref 54114
