Our client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to customers across their global markets. Customer Service Assistant   6-month FTC £14ph Monday– Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 7:30am-12:30pm (37 hour week) Wembley, London Customer Service Assistant   Job Description Acting as a first point of contact for customers and supporting the smooth processing of orders. Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring all relevant specifications and information are correctly entered onto the system. Contacting customers where clarification is required and resolving queries relating to orders, products or services Assisting with general administrative activities, ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately and are readily available when required.  Customer Service Assistant   Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications 1–2 years' previous customer service experience, preferably within a commercial, technical or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
