We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade ensuring the highest of quality and consistency. You will work alongside a very experienced and creative Executive Chef and assist in inspiring and training the rest of the kitchen brigade in this stunning premium dining gastro restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart a quaint town in Surrey. Their dining focuses on seasonal, premium ingredients that are elevated into showstopping a la carte menus, unbeatable Sunday roasts and beautiful desserts.

This role would be very well suited to an experienced premium dining Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position.

The Perks

A salary of £50,000-£55,000

The Person

As the successful Head Chef will need the following:
Experience in a premium restaurant/gastro pub setting
Ideally Rosette or Michelin background
Must currently hold position of Sous Chef or higher
Be a great communicator
A true passion for fresh, seasonal food
Reliability is key
Patient and inspiring to the junior members of the brigade
Impeccable standards of food hygiene and EHO procedures
Innovative and creative
Personable and trustworthy
A strong attention to detail
