6 x CSCS Labourers Required Urgently – Bridge Repair Project Location: Baynards Green, Oxfordshire area of the M40 Motorway Pay: £160 per day (CIS) Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm Immediate starts | Ongoing work until Christmas RulerTech Recruitment is looking for reliable CSCS Labourers to join a long-term bridge repair project on the M40, supporting a team of engineers carrying out specialist concrete bridge repairs. This is a key role in the successful delivery of the project, so we're looking for hard-working, dependable individuals who take pride in their work, follow instructions well, and turn up ready to work every day. Duties: * Supporting engineers carrying out bridge repair works * General site labouring * Moving materials and equipment * Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised * Assisting with day-to-day site operations Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card * Previous site labouring experience * Fluent spoken and written English to understand site instructions and communicate safely with the team * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (site is difficult to reach without one) * Able to provide one reference from a previous construction project * Reliable, punctual and hard-working with a strong work ethic What's on offer: * £160 per day (CIS) * Long-term work through until Christmas * Consistent Monday to Friday hours (7:00am – 5:00pm) * Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project * Supportive site team with immediate starts available If you're an experienced labourer looking for long-term work and can start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
