An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced lettings professional to take the lead at a busy and successful Wimbledon branch for a highly respected multi office estate agency.

This role would suit a driven Lettings Manager or senior property professional looking to step into a leadership position with genuine earning potential and future career growth.

Role

As Head of Lettings, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day performance of the branch, developing business opportunities, and managing a motivated lettings team.

• Driving branch revenue and increasing market share
• Winning new instructions and carrying out rental valuations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team
• Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company standards
• Working closely with senior management to support business growth
• Managing marketing activity for available properties

Requirements

• Previous experience within residential lettings management
• A proven track record of generating business and achieving targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the London lettings market
• Professional and confident client‑facing approach
• Ability to thrive within a fast‑paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
