Property Manager - Harborne - Salary £34,000 basic with an OTE £35,800 An established and growing independent estate agency in Harborne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in P roperty Management or Lettings , looking to take the next step in their career with a supportive and fast-paced agency. Key Responsibilities Handle all landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally Manage and resolve rent arrears Coordinate maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution Obtain quotes and liaise with landlords for approval and instruction of works Manage tenancy renewals and re-lettings to minimise void periods Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service approach and ability to resolve issues swiftly Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Note: This is an office-based position.
