Job Description: Commercial Gas & Heating Engineer £45,000 – £48,000 (depending on experience) Company vehicle + benefits The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas & Heating Engineer to join their established team. This is a field-based role working across a mix of commercial sites including schools, factories, and industrial units, with some domestic work included. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, varied work, and ongoing development. Key Responsibilities * Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial heating systems * Fault finding and diagnostics on boilers and associated systems * Routine maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency * Occasional domestic work * Working from technical drawings and specifications * Ensuring all work meets current regulations and standards * Delivering high levels of customer service * Completing job reports and documentation accurately Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial gas role * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working on commercial and domestic systems * Full UK driving licence Qualifications (Essential) * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above) * Commercial Gas: COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, BMP1 * Domestic Gas: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1 Desirable Skills * Oil, solid fuel, or catering tickets * Experience with ASHPs or alternative fuels * Familiarity with mobile job management systems What’s on Offer * £45,000 – £48,000 salary (DOE) * Company vehicle (with personal use) * Company pension * Ongoing training and development * Uniform, tools, and smart device provided * Supportive team environment * Health & wellbeing programme * Company events Apply now to find out more about this opportunity
