Are you an experienced care professional who is brilliant at keeping people, rotas and priorities organised?

We're looking for a confident and proactive Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care provider in the Cheltenham area.

This is a key role at the centre of the care operation. You'll make sure care visits are covered, staff are supported and clients continue to receive safe, consistent and person-centred care.

If you enjoy solving problems, organising busy schedules and being the person who keeps everything moving, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and managing staff rotas, responding to sickness, absence and last-minute changes to ensure care visits remain covered
Supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care, including monitoring client needs, care plans and risk assessments
Working closely with senior care staff and the management team to support staff, coordinate spot checks and maintain service standards
