Refuse Loader (Bin Man)

Job Title: Refuse Loader Location: Malvern Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 (Overtime available) Pay: £12.71 (£13.29 after 12 weeks) Contract: temp to perm A local authority is looking for a Refuse Loader to join their team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a regular Monday to Friday position, with opportunities for overtime and the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Collecting commercial and domestic waste and loading it onto refuse wagons Working in all weather conditions Carrying out physically demanding duties, including lifting heavy bags Being flexible and willing to work regular overtime when required Requirements: Previous experience as a Refuse Loader is beneficial but not essential Must be physically fit and capable of manual handling This assignment is subject to a DBS check Benefits: Working outdoors Regular overtime paid at premium rates Permanent morning shifts Early finish every Friday Higher rates of pay for bank holidays and weekendsThere are excellent opportunities for ongoing and permanent work for outstanding employees.
