About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancer you will Provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and / or companies on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will not only be able to:
- Manage a diverse caseload.
- Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience.
- Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
Qualifications
Proven experience of managing a complex residential conveyancing caseload.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience of managing a team is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
- Work collaboratively, support team members and share knowledge.
- Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes.
