Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a call centre manager to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road, Lincoln.
Your Job NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY OTE £65,000 Simpler Law is looking for a manager to join our contract centre in Lincoln typically working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 to 5:30pm.
Your role will be to oversee all department within Simpler Law and ensuring that both new and existing clients receive outstanding support and service throughout their interactions with the business.
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day customer service and sales operations, ensuring that there are timely responses to all enquiries and issues.
You will also manage the phone-based teams to provide guidance where needed and ensure that all training is kept up to date and accurate. xwzovoh
