Temporary Workplace Coordinator – Annual Leave Cover Location: Bristol Rate: £18 - £20 per hour Duration: 24th September – 2nd October 2026 Hours: Full-time Contract: Temporary annual leave cover We are looking for a reliable and organised Workplace Coordinator to provide temporary annual leave cover at our Bristol workplace from 24 September to 2 October 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities or front-of-house who can quickly get up to speed and keep the workplace running smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day running of the workplace. * Welcome employees, visitors and contractors. * Manage meeting rooms and general office requirements. * Liaise with building management and suppliers where required. * Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment. * Handle post, deliveries and general workplace administration. * Ensure the workplace remains clean, tidy and well presented. * Respond to day-to-day employee queries and requests. * Escalate any maintenance or facilities issues as necessary. * Provide a friendly, professional and efficient point of contact throughout the assignment. About You You'll ideally have previous experience in a workplace, office, facilities, reception or coordination role. We're looking for someone who is: * Organised and dependable. * Confident and professional when dealing with people. * Comfortable working independently. * Proactive and able to resolve issues quickly. * Available for the full period of cover. * Based in or able to commute to Bristol.
