The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant / Management Assistant to support the Senior Commercial Team in the UK business. Working predominantly with the Commercial Director, you will be the backbone of the department — driving administrative efficiency, managing complex logistics, and providing the high-level support necessary for the leadership team to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Comprehensive diary management, meeting coordination, and managing complex international travel and accommodation.
* Commercial Insight: Act as the ‘Key User’ for the CRM system and produce monthly/ad-hoc reports for the Commercial Director.
* Events & Marketing: Lead the logistics for corporate hospitality and exhibitions, collaborating closely with event organisers and the marketing team.
* Operations: Develop and maintain streamlined administrative systems and assist with monthly expense management.
The Candidate
You are a career Personal Assistant / Management Assistant who prides yourself on being one step ahead. You thrive in a fast-paced team environment and possess the discretion required to handle sensitive information at a senior level.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven Experience: Substantial recent experience as a Personal Assistant or Management Assistant at a senior level.
* Technical Savvy: Advanced MS Office skills, Excel and a working knowledge of CRM systems.
* Communication: The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Organisational Flair: Exceptional secretarial and administrative skills with a knack for managing competing priorities and complex logistics.
* Integrity: A track record of maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
