A forward-thinking North East Council is looking for an experienced MRICS Senior Estate Surveyor to support across a busy and varied commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in high-profile estates work within local government.
Key Responsibilities: * Disposals & acquisitions * Manage lease renewals, rent reviews & L&T matters * Support strategic asset management initiatives * Undertake valuations and general estates work * Liaise with legal teams, agents & stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate: * MRICS qualified * Previous local authority estates experience or transferable private sector experience * Strong commercial property knowledge * Comfortable managing a varied xwzovoh workload and stakeholder relationships
