Working within the Office of the COO for Technology Innovation Management, you'll sit at the heart of a team that connects technology with the wider business across EMEA and internationally. You'll drive awareness, engagement and adoption of innovation initiatives, turning complex concepts into crisp, business-focused narratives that land with senior stakeholders.
This is a day rate contract, inside IR35 (duration and rate to be confirmed shortly). The role is hybrid, based out of a London office close to Moorgate tube station.What You'll Be DoingProviding business management support to the Technology Innovation function, including strategic planning, prioritisation and execution of initiativesManaging and coordinating innovation engagement activities — town halls, speaker events and leadership sessionsDeveloping innovation portfolio materials, case studies and executive briefing packsCreating compelling, business-focused narratives that showcase AI, automation and innovation initiativesProducing innovation updates, newsletters and awareness materials, translating technical concepts into clear business messagingPreparing reporting and management information for senior leadershipEngaging and influencing stakeholders across Technology and the wider business functionsWhat You'll Bring3–5 years' experience as a Business Manager** (or similar) within a large organisation, ideally financial services or technologyStrong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at paceProven stakeholder management and negotiation skills at all levels of an organisationA holistic understanding of technology operations and the support a bank requires, plus a good grasp of core banking functionsThe ability to present complex data simply and structurally, using storytellingExcellent communication skills, strong judgement and a calm, confident approach under pressureDesirable: experience with culture and employee engagement programmes
