Head of FP&A

Head of FP&A | Acquisitive Group | Hybrid

We’re working with a fast-growing, acquisitive group, looking for a commercially sharp Head of FP&A to join their finance function.

This is a high-impact role, working closely with the CFO and SLT, leading MI improvements, supporting M&A activity, and owning the budgeting and forecasting process. This role is suited for someone who is proactive and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading monthly consolidated and acquisition reporting
• Supporting financial modelling, scenario planning and business case reviews
• Playing a key role in systems integration and reporting for newly acquired subsidiaries
• Managing one junior direct report
• Partnering with senior operational leaders to drive commercial performance
• Supporting due diligence and post‑acquisition integration

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant Post-Qualified industry experience
• Strong background in FP&A within a multi-entity or acquisitive environment
• Must have acquisition/integration experience
• Proven UK GAAP knowledge and expert Excel skills
• ERP experience is a bonus
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable challenging upwards
