They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record).This is a bleeding edge role as close as it gets to the market. You will participate in providing financial and operational support to the firm.We are looking for detail-oriented individual with experience in diverse technology ecosystems using a mixture of off-the-shelf and proprietary systems. The C++ Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining a proprietary trading systems whilst ensuring high levels of uptime and stability. You will need outstanding communication skills and be able to present complex ideas clearly.The role:Be hands-on in Design, Development, support and maintenance of our proprietary trading systemsCollaborate with traders, quants and business staff to understand and anticipate technology needsEnsure compliance with (and contribute to) internal code, design and operational standardsCollaborate with other senior technology and trading staff on vision and technical directionC++ Engineers MUST have:Minimum 5 years experience in an algorithmic trading environmentProficiency in C++11/14/17Deep technical knowledge of trading systems, particularly in the D1 spaceExperience in distributed systems and related algorithm, data structures and messagingFamiliarity with Linux systems and Networks as related to proprietary tradingThe environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
