This role is ideal for a people operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and enjoys building scalable processes, leading high-performing teams, and creating an exceptional employee experience.Leading a team of 5, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of the People function, ensuring efficient, compliant and people-focused processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
