Maintenance Engineer

The Role We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging equipment, helping to minimise downtime and keep operations running efficiently. Responsibilities * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Reactive breakdown support * Electrical and mechanical fault finding * Support continuous improvement projects * Work closely with production teams * Maintain engineering records and standards * Ensure health & safety compliance Requirements * Previous FMCG/manufacturing maintenance experience * Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills * Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, pneumatics, and production machinery * PLC fault finding experience desirable * NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent Benefits * £52,000 – £54,000 salary * 4 on 4 off shift pattern * Pension scheme * Overtime opportunities * Training and development
