Assistant Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy

We are working with an exciting & fast growing organisation committed to Net Zero and providing solutions across the BESS & Wind markets. As part of their current growth plans, we are looking for an Assistant/Associate Legal Counsel to join their UK Business. Ideal Candidates will have:

At least 3-4 Years experience in Legal roles (In House/PP)

Background in Renewable Energy (Ideally BESS or Wind)

Experienced across EPC Contracts, PPA and O&M Agreements

Ability to demonstrate agile thinking & adapt to a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Able to advise on everything from wind turbine supply contracts and BESS agreements to regulatory compliance, HR matters and procurement. This is a broad, hands-on role with real scope to shape how the legal function operates.
