Junior Property LawyerSalary: CompetitiveLocation: LeedsAmbitious Junior Property Lawyer (Solicitor / Legal Executive) sought for new role with an award-winning, well-regarded firm in Leeds city centre.THE FIRM:Award winning full-service law firmGreat regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal adviceBased central LeedsTHE ROLE:The wider Property department covers a broad range of matters – from providing advice on general sales/purchases and agricultural tenancies to specialist focus on rural estates and charities, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own niche within this highly-regarded department.The role itself will focus on providing specialist advise to private individuals, companies, charities and trusts, whilst at the same time providing assistance to the wider Property team (and their wide variety of clients) on more general property matters.THE CANDIDATE:Our client is being flexible in its search and is open to considering junior lawyers (legal executives / solicitors) with between 1-3PQE , with their training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Property matters.The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstate the core skills, quality and versatility needed to work on most types of property matter. You will be someone with a commercial outlook who will be comfortable advising a wide varierty of clients.There is a great opportunity here for further career progression.
