Head of Operations (fixed term contract, maternity cover)

Location: St. Peter’s Church, Harrow Harrow, HA1 4BX

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum (full-time equivalent). We welcome applications for job share or partial remit; salary and responsibilities will be tailored accordingly.

This position is a fixed-term maternity cover contract for approximately 14 months, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the church, including maintenance of the building and scheduling of its use throughout the week, and enabling the delivery of our vision and ministry. You will work closely with the Vicar, staff team and volunteers.
