Home Improvement Grants Development Officer (Ref 2026-112)

Location: 2 Adelaide Street, Belfast

The Home Improvement Grants Development Officer will develop policies and procedures and implement improvement initiatives across a suite of funding schemes for the private housing sector. These schemes are aimed at improving housing standards, addressing disrepair and remedying unfitness, improving energy efficiency, reducing fuel poverty and enabling persons with a disability to live as independently as possible and to remain in their own home.

The current salary for this post is £37,280 - £42,839 per annum. We also have an excellent defined benefit pension scheme.
