Pharmacovigilance Specialist – UK & Ireland

Cpl Life Sciences are working with an established pharmaceutical business that is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join its team, supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance activities across the UK and Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PV professional to join a pharmaceutical environment where you will play an important role in ensuring the effective management of safety information and compliance with applicable pharmacovigilance requirements.

Overview:

-£25-35 per hour PAYE

-Hybrid working in Berkshire (2-3 days per week on site)

-Initial 9 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Pharmacovigilance activities, including the end-to-end handling and processing of safety reports at affiliate level.
• Process individual case safety reports accurately and within required timelines using a safety database.
• Support compliance with UK and Ireland Pharmacovigilance requirements and relevant post-Brexit regulatory changes.
• Contribute to post-authorisation Pharmacovigilance activities for medicinal products.
• Ensure safety cases and associated documentation are maintained to a high standard.
