Project Manager - Site Execution & Contract Management Location: Lincoln Contract: 24 months Hours: 37 hours per week Rates : Inside IR35 PAYE: £30.15 PAYE/ OR £UMB : £40.76 per hour We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager - Site Execution & Contract Management to join a dynamic team based in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex projects within a highly technical and customer-focused environment. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with values of up to €15 million, ensuring successful delivery from initial handover through to project completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers while driving collaboration across internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of project orders, coordinating multiple simultaneous projects Act as the main customer contact, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery Drive project execution from sales handover through to final customer handover Manage project schedules, budgets, and both technical and commercial aspects Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing effective solutions Coordinate with suppliers to support smooth contract delivery Apply risk and opportunity management strategies throughout the project lifecycle Act as the nominated Project Manager for projects up to client category C About You Degree/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Ideally experienced within the gas turbine or similar heavy engineering industry Strong commercial and/or technical background Good understanding of contracts (e.g. LTP/LTSA agreements) Knowledge of SAP and project management processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Travel: Occasional international travel required (including Asia) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering critical projects in a fast-paced environment.
