Digital Solution Architect (Salesforce Commerce) - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract , supporting a key digital commerce transformation programme. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Salesforce digital commerce platforms and play a critical role in designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end digital commerce solutions using Salesforce technologies.
• Provide architecture expertise across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) , Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) , and Salesforce Progressive Web Application (SF PWA) .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scalable and efficient digital commerce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed solution architecture designs.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and solution design reviews across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of SFCC, SF OMS, and SF PWA with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design principles for digital commerce implementations.
• Provide technical guidance, design oversight, and governance to development teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance considerations, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with programme and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in digital commerce environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) , Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) , and SF PWA .
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale, integrated commerce solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
