Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machine Manufacturer Bonus: Potential annual bonus of 5% of basic salary Company Van: Available for private use Pension: Death in Service (4x annual salary) ~ Paid travel time (£20 per hour) ~25 days annual leave ~ Private medical insurance ~ Full uniform and PPE provided ~ Laptop and company phone ~ Sick pay ~ Full extensive product training Overtime: Weekend rota (1 in 4): £26 per hour Bank Holiday rate: £35 per hour + £50 per day standby payment Weekday overtime: £26 per hour (no limit on weekday overtime) As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our commercial coffee machines across a variety of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retail locations. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance. We are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer.
