Senior Quantity Surveyor

Major Nuclear Infrastructure Project | Long-Term Contract We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to support a major engineering package at Hinkley Point C. This role is ideally suited to a commercially strong QS with proven FIDIC contract experience. If you've managed complex MEICA engineering or infrastructure projects under FIDIC, we'd like to hear from you. What's on offer? * £550–£650 per day (depending on experience/location) * Off-payroll contract on the basis of 30 day subcontract payment terms and adequater insurance provision * Long-term contract * Hybrid working with site visits two days per week * Contract on one of Europe's largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects The role You'll provide commercial support across a major engineering package, including: * Administering and managing FIDIC contracts * Commercial reporting and cost control * Managing change, compensation events and contractual entitlement * Valuations, forecasting and financial reporting * Managing subcontractor accounts and commercial risk * Supporting project delivery teams with contractual advice * Building strong relationships with the client and wider project stakeholders We're looking for * Proven experience as a PQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor * Essential: Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts * Background in MEICA major infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects * Excellent commercial and contractual awareness * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you're an experienced commercial professional with FIDIC expertise looking for a long-term contract on one of the UK's flagship infrastructure projects, we'd like to hear from you.
