About the role

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Regional Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Manager to provide proactive SHW and CDM guidance across designated Transmission regions. They will support incident reporting, assurance strategies and continuous safety improvements.

The role requires 50% office presence in Scottish locations (Inverness ideally, or Aberdeen/Perth) and involves leading audits, coaching teams and collaborating with contractor partners to raise safety standards.
