What if you could finally see the whole project, not just your corner of it?

Most structural engineering roles at this level drop you into the middle of a package and ask you to keep up. You never quite see how the decisions get made or why the structure looks the way it does. This one works differently.

This is a specialist structural engineering consultancy in South London with a focused approach to design and a strong track record across residential, commercial, and infrastructure schemes. They are looking for a structural engineer at the early to mid-career stage who wants to understand the full design process, not just execute one part of it.

You will be given genuine involvement from concept through to construction, working closely with experienced engineers who involve you in the technical thinking. You will build real skills on live projects, develop your understanding of structural behaviour, and take on increasing responsibility as your confidence grows.

This suits a structural engineer with one to four years of experience who wants a practice that treats development as a real commitment rather than a line on the job description. Salary is between 43,000 and 55,000.
