Maintenance Handyperson

General Maintenance Handyperson My client is a fully managed and maintained social housing provider / agent for local authorities and/or housing associations and, ultimately, their tenants. They are looking for a mobile General Maintenance Handyperson who can enter homes / flats and carry out general maintenance work to prepare the accommodation for new tenants. The work can include repairing door handles, carrying out damp treatment, unblocking toilets, fixing cupboard doors, minor painting repairs, general plumbing such as replacing taps etc. This role is South London based and services an area approximately 30 miles radius of Croydon. £200 per day on a PAYE employed basis. You must provide your own vehicle for which a contribution of £150 per month will be paid, plus mileage and insurance. A full tool kit will be provided and insured by the company, plus business mileage allowance. Successful candidates will need to go through an enhanced DBS process, facilitated for you.
