The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will be a true number two a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deputising for the General Manager in their absence and acting as a senior point of authority
- Leading from the front on the floor, delivering warm, instinctive, exceptional hospitality
- Driving and developing the wine programme, with a strong personal passion for wine
- Involvement in rota management, financial reporting, and compliance
- Training and developing the wider FOH team, embedding a culture of excellence
- Maintaining an uncompromising focus on the guest experience at every touchpoint
